Although, many doctor's offices refuse to file claims for patients, we are happy to assist you! Patients must realize this assistance requires much time and expense by our staff, but we think you are worth it. We do however, ask for your patience and cooperation when dealing with insurance claims.
Office Policies
Payment is expected when services are rendered. We accept credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), cash and personal checks. If we are a provider for your insurance, we will file your insurance and collect the co-insurance or deductible at the time of surgery.
A Matter of Responsibility
Professional services are rendered and charged to the patient not the insurance carrier. We cannot accept responsibility for collection of your insurance as we are not a party to your insurance contract.
Although our fees are usual and customary for this community, please understand that some insurance policies have excellent coverage while others have poor coverage for the same procedure.
Office Hours
For your convenience we are open Monday-Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm . Friday is reserved for hospital surgery.
