Dental benefit plans can vary widely depending on the plan your employer has chosen. Coverage may range from as little as 30% to as much as 100% of dental services, with most plans covering 50-80%. Some exclude treatments like implants, orthodontics, or periodontics, while others cover a full range. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is important to understand that insurance companies base coverage on their own fee schedules, not the actual cost of care. For example, if your plan says 80%, it usually means 80% of the insurance companies set fee – not our actual charges. Your plan is meant to help with costs, but your health is our priority. Ultimately, financial responsibility for your care rests with you, even if we file claims on your behalf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We are not contracted with any insurance plans including PPO’s, HMO’s and Medicare, but we will provide you with the necessary forms for you to file to your Medical<\/strong> insurance. As a courtesy, we will file your Dental<\/strong> insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Because insurance plans may not fully cover these options, we will review them with you so you can make the best decision for your oral health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For your convenience, we accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
